ok got it mostly running .. i have given up getting the level completely flat. It prints fine in the center 70-80 mm.. Right now i cant justify the cost of a smoothie and marlin is just a PITA to figure out where the max height variable is being used.

I actually checked my hub design and I don't get any rubbing during any motion of the printer at the indicated location, Think maybe its because my print bed is a bit higher? It doesn't even come very close to hitting though.

yes your print bed is a lot higher.. i am using 3mm steel plate and i made it a lot more sleeker.. anyways i redesigned the hub based on the older version as i found it more stiffer than the one you have .. i dont know why.. now the arms are a lot more sturdier but not as stiff as version 1.5 was ! BUt overall it is a lot of fun .
