Yup, as always.
Only problems were related to crappy filament and temporary clogged hotend - I lost one or two perimeters at the bottom. Nothing dangerous I thought.

bowden nut at the top is slightly modified because I have quick-fit with 13mm thread
forgot to mention that hub screw had expanded hole for teflon tube 6/4mm.

water-jeted parts arrived!
this stuff is extremely cheap! $4 for each part (no mater if plywood or aluminium)
12mm plywood cost me $7 for 70x70cm scrap :)

downsides - little bit dirty from water and slightly delaminated on corners... nothing very tragic

first, test assembly - M8x100 screws are to short! I have to swap to M8x110
but with polishing I achieve expert level :mrgreen:

Do you plan to print directly onto the polished aluminum?
