I found that print is a curved surface,Is not a plane。
This is to be solved in segmentize.py?

Should be solved by Segmentize.

As you make changes you might want to recheck your steps/mm.

Also put the following line at the end of Segmentize.

Code: Select all
print SHOULDER_Z1,SHOULDER_Z2,SHOULDER_Z3,MAX_LENGTH_1,MAX_LENGTH_2,MAX_LENGTH_3

It might be that Segmentize is poorly optimizing these values.

I do, but problems still exist. :)
Do I need to replace the spring?

I want to know what prints out when you add that last line. It should be a series of numbers.
