Besides the rods (length?) and bearings, these look like standard Nicholas vitamins :)

If you're releasing the design, I'll start collecting the parts now. What do you mean by fewer steppers than the typical RepRap? Surely you must have four. A bed probe would be a nice addition.

After my failures with Simpson yesterday, I'm tempted to (temporarily) move his parts over to one of these. When will the dxf's be available? I have a cnc routing table ready to go and I'm one click from making the necessary hardware purchases.

The one item I noticed missing from the BoM
22 - 608 bearings

BTW the additional items I'll have to purchase comes to about $100. But I did a rough estimate of costs for a fresh build and it looks like it'll be about $350.

I want to go through another iteration. It will probably be 2-4 weeks until it gets tested. I can post as is and line out the issues if you want.

One thing I need to add is something to keep the gantry from falling.

I'd appreciate a list of the as-is status. I'm tired of fussing with my MendelMax and have been wanting to build one of these.
