CoreXZ Flatstock

Do you have a specific brand name or something for the flatstock used to build the CoreXZ? I know stuff like this is around, but I can't find anything (reasonable) online. If you have a place to buy from that would be ideal, but if I know what to ask for, I think I can track some down locally. Alternately, can I just use 1/4" baltic birch ply, or will that not be thick enough for the slot/tab cutouts?

Our local makerspace is finally opening in January, so I'll soon have a working 70W laser-cutter to play with and can finally cut the frame pieces. I want to get some material so I'm ready to go when the laser comes online. :)

1/4" is great. Just make sure you get interior grade instead of exterior grade so the glue is nice to the laser.
